Subject Directories: Library

Many university libraries review, collect, and organize material into subject guides so it may be more easily found and used for academic research.

Lesley's guides include Arts, Education, Counceling and more

Lesley's Internet Research Guides

  • The Internet Research Guides highlight starting points for research in an academic discipline.

  • They provide links to Web sites in subjects studied by Lesley students.

  • The material selected for inclusion has been reviewed by librarians and is usually annotated.

  • Some guides also highlight important books and journals that are available in Lesley's libraries.

  • Other libraries also offer excellent subject directories:

InfoMine, AcademicInfo.net, Librarians' Index to the Internet

We will link to these sites at the end of the module.
